Before I order, Can I get a sample?

We know that sometimes from seeing, touching, or even trying on a product before placing your order gives you more comfort. Within a week we can produce a sample to make sure your printed products are exactly what you want.

Usually, our customers rest assured knowing that seeing a proof email, there are multiple specialists to review every single order. However, we know that sometimes circumstances may require sending a printed sample.

A sample printed with your custom design is automatically sent for orders over 250 pieces (or $2,500) as part of the approval process. For orders that don’t automatically qualify, this printed sample is also available for a non-refundable $75.00 fee.

How many do I have to order?

From just one to thousands, CustomImpress.com can print as many items as you need to fulfill what you need or want!

On some of our most popular styles, you can order just one item using our special printing service.

For some items it’s recommended to use screen printing, which may have different minimums.

How my price will be determined?

There are variations that form the cost of your order or the price difference between different designs or products, but we are glad to take this opportunity and we’re always here to provide a quick, accurate price quote with no obligation to buy.

As mentioned above there are many factors and the price is primarily determined by three things:

1. The product you select.
2. The total number of colors needed for printing.
3. The total quantity of items in your order.

Others such as personalization (adding personalized names and/or numbers to your items) or special requests also affect the cost.

Tip: The easiest way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order. Consider ordering a few extras to maximize your savings.

It’s possible to order the same design on multiple shirt styles?

Yes!   If you have one design but want to order it on multiple styles, CustomImpress will always give you the best volume price for your entire order. Here’s a review of your options for ordering on multiple apparel styles.

• Add additional styles in the Design Lab. Click the “Your Items” tab, then click the “Add another style” link at the bottom of the tab. A window will pop up with a hand-picked selection of recommended styles available for you to choose from. Click “Pick a Color” under any of the items to add that style to your order!

Note: Different styles have different design areas, and we may need to adjust your design to fit all styles in order. Don’t worry, we’ll run any changes past you first, and you’ll see exactly how your order will print in your picture proof email.

• Add additional styles during checkout. Select products are eligible to add complementary styles during checkout. Look for the suggested styles at the bottom left side of your cart page, choose an item, and click “Add Item” to add it to your order.

What if I have a problem with my order?

At CustomImpress we realize that for many people, creating custom products may be new. With that in mind, we developed rigorous tests for our fulfillment systems and over time have developed a great balance of automation and human supervision.

Customized goods are generally not accompanied by guarantees, but CustomImpress gives that warranty.  We deliver high-quality products – products that look just like what you created on our site – and we do so on time.

If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created at CustomImpress.com, if the goods are flawed, or if your order gets ready later than promised, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 15 days of receiving your custom order. All we ask is that you notify CustomImpress.com before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.

What’s next after I place my order?

Each order is reviewed by at least two members of the CustomImpress.com production team to make sure your design is perfect and ready for print.

All art is thoroughly checked for aesthetics, printability, and errors. We will automatically adjust common issues like alignment, contrast, line thickness, and spelling errors.

For all orders, you’ll get an email with a picture proof and details of any corrections before we process your order.

Your products are then decorated using screen printing or special printing. After your items are decorated, they will be shipped and delivered to your door by your guaranteed delivery service.

You can check the status of your order at any time using the Order Number included in your confirmation email on our Order tracking page.

When I will receive my order?

We know how important it is to receive your shirts in time for your group’s event, and that’s why we always provide a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Additionally, we offer three fast delivery options through UPS and USPS.

Two-Week Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is guaranteed to arrive at your door within 14 days!

One-Week Rush Delivery

Choose Rush Delivery and we’ll make sure your custom printed shirts are ready within seven business days of placing your order. Plus, Rush Delivery only adds an additional 10% to the cost of your order.

3-Day Super Rush not for the weekend only through Monday to Friday Delivery

We don’t call this premium service Super Rush for nothing. Choose this option at checkout if you need your shirts in a flash, and for an extra 25% of the cost of your order, we’ll get your shirts ready to You in three business days with the same attention to detail and CustomImpress.com commitment to quality we provide for all our customers.

If you think you can’t have shirts in time for an event this weekend, think again! Simply place your order by 2 pm Tuesday and you’ll have the shirts in hand by the end of the day on Friday. Not available on all products.
